Tylet Eifert is active, but don't expect him to play a full game. His snaps will be limited. That doesn't mean he can't be effective, as his best use would probably be in the red zone. It's a risky fantasy start today but could be rewarding. The situation reminds me of when the Saints played Jimmy Graham only in red zone in a 2013 game while he recovered from an injury. He played sparingly, but still caught two touchdowns. Even if Eifert is just a decoy, the Browns will have to respect him in the red zone and that could take some weight off AJ Green's shoulders.
