Tony Stewart will appeal a ruling last month by a U.S. District Court judge who determined Axis Insurance Company does not have to cover legal costs and claims by the family of Kevin Ward Jr. against Stewart. The judge ruled that Stewart's policy did not cover Empire Super Sprints events, the series Stewart was competing in when the Ward tragedy occurred in August 2014 at Canandaigua (N.Y.) Motorsports Park.

He said it hasn't been in an ideal state for 3-1/2 weeks since he hurt it in Rio just before the Olympics began. He said he's never had this particular injury, adding that it isn't tendinitis, but he doesn't know what to call it. Djokovic said he's doing everything he can to be as close to 100% as possible.
