Yankees rookie Tyler Austin just used that opposite-field power again, belting his fifth homer of the season to right and tying things up with the Orioles at 3-3 in the seventh.

Kerr calls possibility of winning 74 games "incomprehensible," saying so many thing had to break right for 73 to happen. "I don't care if we added KD or Wilt Chamberlain"

NC State had John Wolford dead to rights on third down but he somehow ducked, escaped and hit Tabari Hines to cut the Wake Forest deficit to 26-16 late in the third. Wolford has hung tough, as he has been wont to do in his three years under center for the Deacs.

Per ESPN Stats & Information, Georgia QB Jacob Eason's average target distance was 4.5 yards downfield in the first half. He threw one one pass that traveled 10+ yards downfield (incomplete). His six completions had an average air-yard distance of 0.2 yard downfield. Well he just fired a beauty to Isaac Nauta in stride for a 50-yard TD to give UGA a 24-14 lead here in the third.

Auburn's Sean White left the game against Louisiana Monroe. The Tigers lead 56-7. White was responsible for three touchdowns, tying his single-game high (set in Week 2 this season against Arkansas State).

Remember John Franklin III from Last Chance U? He's having himself a game off the bench for Auburn today. Franklin went 80 yards for a touchdown on his first drive and followed that with a 39-yard touchdown strike to Nate Craig-Myers on the next possession. Auburn leads UL Monroe, 56-7, after three quarters.

West Virginia has been in the red zone three times today and has only come away with three points. Its most recent trip was fumbled away inside Kansas State's 5-yard line. Big reason why the Wildcats are leading 16-3 late in the third quarter.

At this point, it's safe to accept that Leonard Fournette's injured ankle will keep him out of tonight's game against Missouri. Fournette is wearing a jersey and windpants as he watches the RBs warm up before the game. Expect Derrius Guice to take over the biggest workload as he did when Fournette missed the Jacksonville State game in Week 2.

Aggies' Trayveon Williams runs through the South Carolina defense and hurdles the final defender to complete a 49-yard TD run to give A&M a 14-7 lead in the third quarter.

Colorado's 41-point win is its biggest winning margin in a conference game since 1992 (54-7 against Kansas State in the Big 8).

The normally reserved James Loney laughed off his prodigious bat flip after homering Saturday, saying: "I don't even know what I did with it. I don't know if I just dropped it or I flipped it or what. That's nothing ever toward the other team. That's just for your team. That's the excitement that you have. As a hitter, you get out a lot. So there's times in those big moments it's fun to enjoy it." Loney had staked the Mets to a 4-2 lead with a two-run homer in the sixth.

Cal is celebrating the 75th birthday of mascot Oski today, who is very popular at Memorial Stadium.

For the first time all season, TCU QB Kenny Hill threw a touchdown pass in the first half. And then he threw two more to give TCU a two-TD lead in the first quarter. Baker Mayfield just answered with his second rushing TD to make it 21-14. We're getting the fun QB duel we expected today.

Badgers even score with Wolverines

Enrique "Leo" Ortiz, David's dad, at Fenway Park for weekend-long tribute to Big Papi: "I'm going to be here through the World Series because we're going to win that, too."

Dan Murphy ESPN Staff Writer

Perfect throw on the wheel route from Alex Hornibrook gets Wisconsin on the board. Badgers take advantage of a long interception return to tie the score 7-7. They've been nothing if not opportunistic during the last two weeks.

The Nebraska offense gathered to watch trainers tend to standout receiver Jordan Westerkamp, who appeared to suffer a back injury after making a third-down catch. It's been a difficult day for Westerkamp against Illinois, who may not bounce back as quickly from this as the last issue that caused him to leave the game.

Mitch Sherman ESPN Staff Writer

Illinois is poking holes in the Nebraska defense. Reggie Corbin and Kendrick Foster have both enjoyed success running the ball -- and the Huskers have turned it over in Illini territory on their past two possessions. Lovie Smith's team leads 16-10 in Lincoln, halfway through the third quarter. Illinois is doing what it takes to produce another surprising victory over Nebraska.

Sharon Katz ESPN Analytics

At the half, Tennessee has a 28 percent chance to beat Georgia, according to ESPN's win probability model. That marks the third time the Vols entered halftime with less than a 30 percent chance to win this season. Tennessee's first-half struggles come a year after dominating the first 30 minutes of play in 2015 before struggling to hold onto its leads down the stretch.

Yankees 1B Mark Teixeira just singled leading off the fifth and was replaced by a pinch runner. His last MLB game is Sunday.

Dobbs' improvisation gives Vols momentum

Tennessee QB Joshua Dobbs danced around in the pocket when he couldn't find anyone open before diving into the end zone for the Volunteers' first score of the game.

Tennessee is 3-0 over the last two seasons when trailing by 14 or more points. The rest of FBS is 73-698 in that span (.095).

Dan Murphy ESPN Staff Writer

Two missed field goals are making the Michigan-Wisconsin game much more interesting. Michigan's Kenny Allen is 4-for-8 this season and has missed two so far today. Wolverines lead 7-0 at halftime.
