Cam Sinclair to take on the world this weekend!

This Saturday September 27 Cam Sinclair will compete against the best at the LG World Championship of Freestyle Motocross, held at the LA County Fair in Pomona, California.

An opportunity to compete at the LG World Championship means a chance to compete against the best FMX has to offer, including Nate Adams, Matt Rebaud, Adam Jones, Jeremy Lusk and Todd Potter.

In 2007 the LG Action Sports Tour attracted 47 thousand spectators and 87 hours of television programming; this will arguably be the highest profile competition of Cam's career to date. He unfortunately missed out on both the Dew Tour and X Games events since suffering a badly broken collarbone whilst working on double backflips in practice for a Crusty Demon event in Queensland.

"Breaking my collarbone was one of the toughest set backs of my career so far. I have been working really hard this year to take my riding to the next level and unfortunately never got to show my potential. I'm really excited to have the opportunity to compete at the LG World Championships and hopefully show everyone what I can do!"

Since being injured in July Cam had surgery and jetted off to America to finish his recovery. Bunking in with fellow aussie Blake Williams, he has been able to practice daily at the home of none other than Metal Mulisha founder, Brian Deegan's FMX compound in Temecula.

"Riding at Deegan's has been perfect for me to build confidence from my injury and get back to where I was, I feel like I'm riding the best I ever have."

Immediately following the LG World Championship, Cam will head back home to his brand new house in Victoria, and prepare for the all new Australian FMX Championship, running alongside Chad Reed's all new Super X series. The Australasian FMX championship will be included in the live coverage scheduled for Super X on Fox Sports and will be included in the highlights packages which will run on Network 10 and Fuel TV.

A huge thanks to Cam's sponsors: Rockstar Energy Drink, Alpinestars, Globe, Metal Mulisha, Honda, Windsor Caravans, Electric Visual, Ringmaster, ARD, One Industries, FTSI, Stroke, Pro Circuit, Ogio and Balls Deep Boxers.
