Nothing is official until signing day on Feb. 2, but when Texas lost out on the nation's No. 2 offensive tackle and the Longhorns' top recruit, it allowed Florida State to jump to the No. 1 spot in ESPN.com's latest team recruiting rankings. With a class that's comprised of 11 members of the ESPNU 150, and 14 four-star commitments, it wouldn't be a surprise if the Seminoles finished at the top. Corey Long of ESPN Recruiting broke down the current state of recruiting for each team in the ACC, and said things could still get even better for FSU.
A few other movements in the rankings:
Clemson dropped from No. 10 to No. 12
North Carolina was promoted from No. 15 to No. 13
Virginia stayed at No. 21
Not a lot of movement, but it's always impressive to be able to boast the nation's No. 1 recruiting class -- especially three or four years later.
