BC dominating Kent State

When a defensive coordinator takes over as head coach, you expect a good defensive team, and Boston College isn't letting its fans down there. The Eagles are in the midst of their second straight shutout under first-year coach Frank Spaziani, and even with new faces at linebacker and up front, the defense has stood out in both games.

BC is currently leading Kent State 34-0 in the third quarter, and the Golden Flashes have just 76 yards of total offense and three turnovers. This is exactly the kind of start the Eagles needed before heading into their Sept. 19 ACC opener against Clemson.
