ACC players holding steady on draft boards

Andre Branch cracked Mel Kiper's Big Board and moved up three spots on Todd McShay's this week, highlighting the ACC talent on each board.

The Clemson defensive end appeared at No. 24 on Kiper's 25-man board and jumped from No. 29 to No. 26 on McShay's 32-man board.

Boston College linebacker Luke Kuechly held at No. 9 on each board this week. North Carolina end Quinton Coples stayed at No. 7 on Kiper's board while dropping five spots, to No. 11, on McShay's.

Miami running back Lamar Miller entered at No. 31 on McShay's board following a strong showing at the combine in Indianapolis.

Miller's 4.40-second 40-yard dash was the best for a running back at the combine, and his recovery from offseason shoulder surgery seems to be right on schedule. He lacks ideal power and strength as an inside runner, but Miller's speed and acceleration are impressive.

Clemson defensive tackle Brandon Thompson dropped off McShay's board.
