ACC's lunchtime links: No QB controversy at UM?

Here's a look at some of the top headlines throughout the league today:

  • Linda Robertson of the Miami Herald writes that Miami coach Randy Shannon is doing the best he can with the two young quarterbacks on his roster. After all, as long as Miami wins, you could argue it's working.

  • There were a lot of "no comments" from FSU officials in Indianapolis this weekend, where their appearance before the NCAA's Committee on Infractions also revealed few answers -- at least publicly.

  • Wake Forest has eaten its share of "humble pie" this season. But hey, the Deacs aren't the only ones dealing with a "woeful ineptitude on offense."

  • Duke coach David Cutcliffe said his team is much better than it played against Miami. Problem is, it's the second ACC game he's had to say that.
