ESPN analyst Cris Carter broke down what he saw of the Miami Dolphins' workmanlike 15-10 triumph over the Buffalo Bills. Carter lauded the Dolphins' defense, particularly when it came to stopping rookie back C.J. Spiller.
But Carter wasn't impressed with Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne, who was 21-of-34 but for only 182 yards and no touchdowns.
"I'm a little disappointed in his play," Carter said. "He had a deep throw to Brandon Marshall. Brandon dropped it. The ball was a little bit behind him on a chance for a big play. They run the ball so effective that he has to be better in their passing game for them to a wild-card possibility this year."
