Bloated schedule for the AFC East

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- For the first time this year, the AFC East will be involved in four games in the same weekend.

Through the first seven weeks, there was at least one interdivision game or an AFC East club on a bye week. The games were spread out even more with a few prime time kickoffs.

But on Sunday afternoon, we'll approach football overload.

NFC North kahuna Kevin Seifert and I will be in Gillette Stadium for the Minnesota Vikings versus New England Patriots at 4:15 p.m. and take part in a "Countdown Live" chat throughout the game. Brett Favre and Randy Moss might be mentioned once or twice.

As for the 1 p.m. kickoffs, I'll be in the Gillette Stadium control center to monitor the Green Bay Packers at New York Jets, Miami Dolphins at Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs.

I'll post reports and observations from the Dolphins and Bengals games, while ESPNNewYork.com's Rick Cimini will file a "Rapid Reaction" from his perch in the Meadowlands press box.

There also will be a "Countdown Live" chat for the Packers-Jets matchup.

Enjoy the games.
