Thoughts: Both teams are banged up heading into this big showdown for first place in the division. The Patriots have a lot of players deemed "questionable," such as Hernandez, Welker, Mankins and Chung. But all four practiced in Friday's walkthrough, which is an indication they intend to play. Bolden will be out, which means backup tailbacks Danny Woodhead or Shane Vereen have to step up to provide rest for starter Stevan Ridley. Pouha and Ellis expect to be out again for the Jets, leaving a thin defensive line. Mangold returned to practice Friday with his ankle injury. McKnight has a much better chance to play than Powell. Backup quarterback Tim Tebow also could get carries behind starting tailback Shonn Greene.
