There were only two AFC East teams in action on Sunday. But there were still several good performances.
So is the latest AFC East Player of the Week?
Was it Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill? The rookie quarterback threw for 290 yards and a touchdown on the road in a 23-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Most weeks, that’s a winning performance. But Colts rookie Andrew Luck (433 yards) was better.
What about Miami receiver Brian Hartline? He had his first 100-yard game since Sept. 30. Hartline caught eight passes for 107 yards. He was Tannehill’s top target.
Or did Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams deserve the vote? Williams showed up against his former Houston Texans team and recorded a season-high seven tackles and one sack. Perhaps Williams will begin turning the corner. You also can vote other.
