Here are the most interesting stories Friday in the AFC East:
Is tailback Reggie Bush playing his final three games for the Miami Dolphins?
Morning take: The Dolphins have two younger running backs and appear prepared to move on. Bush is a good leader in the locker room, but the Dolphins won’t provide a huge extension that would eat a lot of cap room.
The New York Jets (6-7) didn't get any assistance in their playoff chase, as the Cincinnati Bengals (8-6) beat the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night.
Morning take: The Jets need the Pittsburgh Steelers to lose, then beat the Bengals next week to put the Jets in a good position. But for now, New York must focus on beating the Tennessee Titans on Monday.
Buffalo Bills linebacker Nick Barnett (knee) is expected to play Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.
Morning take: Barnett missed two days of practice, but it’s just wear and tear. Buffalo will need all its veteran players to beat the Seahawks.
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (arm) hasn't practiced this week.
Morning take: It looks like Gronkowski will sit at least another week, which is best. The Patriots need "Gronk" 100 percent ready for the playoffs.
