Morning take: Dolphins keeping Hartline?

Here are the most interesting stories Tuesday in the AFC East:

Morning take: Hartline would be a good No. 2 option at receiver, but I’m not sure about keeping Clemons. The Dolphins have the cap room to upgrade the secondary and should take advantage of that.

  • It appears most New England Patriots fans like the idea of trading for dynamic receiver Percy Harvin.

Morning take: It’s easy for fans to be enamored by talent. But the Patriots must consider the possible character concerns. Is that worth the risk of losing a steady receiver like Wes Welker?

Morning take: Kelsay could add depth to the defensive end rotation if healthy. But the Bills have already cut two defenders this week. It's unknown if Kelsay and other vets are completely safe under a new coaching staff.

Morning take: Matt Flynn would be the favorite to challenge Mark Sanchez. He has ties to new Jets general manager John Idzik. An open competition could make both players better.
