PolamaluPITTSBURGH -- Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (suspension) could not practice with the team during the start of mandatory minicamp. But the defense received a boost Friday with the return of Troy Polamalu.
The dynamic safety was back on the practice field with the first-team defense at the start of the team's mandatory minicamp. Polamalu missed 11 games last season with a left knee injury.
"We had a couple of OTA practices last week and it feels good," Polamalu said of his knee. "It's feeling better with time, thank god."
