CB Fabian Washington will play Saturday

WashingtonWashingtonWESTMINSTER, Md. -- The Baltimore Ravens finally have some good news at cornerback.

Ravens starter Fabian Washington (knee) will make his 2010 debut in Saturday's preseason game against the Washington Redskins. According to Ravens coach John Harbaugh, Washington will play at least one quarter.

Washington tore his ACL on Nov. 22 against the Indianapolis Colts and spent the entire offseason rehabbing the injury. He is key to Baltimore's secondary now that top cornerback Domonique Foxworth (knee) is out for the season.

Teammate Lardarius Webb (knee), another projected starter, is still not ready for contact. But with Washington's return, it's confirmation that at least one healthy starter should be ready for Week 1 of the regular season.
