GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- The Cincinnati Bengals signed cornerback Jamar Fletcher Sunday. The move was made less than 24 hours after backup cornerback David Jones suffered a foot injury in training camp.

Fletcher is familiar with Cincinnati. He played 11 games for the Bengals last season and made two starts, finishing the year with 21 tackles and three pass breakups.

Jones was in a walking boot Saturday night, and the Bengals are expected to have more of an update on his status in the coming days.
