Here are the most interesting stories Wednesday in the AFC North:

Morning take: Polamalu is truly one of football's unique talents. He's among the very few whose playing style can't be compared to anyone currently in the league.

Morning take: True story: Last year, one of the first things former Ravens linebacker Bart Scott ever told me was how glad he was "that guy" was on his team. The player Scott was pointing to across the locker room was Haloti Ngata.

Morning take: Paired with Leon Hall, the Bengals have one of the top, young cornerback duos in the NFL. But Cincinnati has to win more than four games this year for anyone to notice.

Morning take: Someone has to step up in Cleveland's race to find a No. 2 receiver. With Braylon Edwards missing a portion of camp with an undisclosed injury, there will be plenty of reps for rookies like Massaquoi and Brian Robiskie to prove their worth.
