Bengals search for a new kicker

The Cincinnati Bengals lost kicker Mike Nugent for the rest of the season after he suffered a knee injury during an onside kick against the Indianapolis Colts, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Nugent tore his ACL and sprained his MCL in his right knee in the fourth quarter Sunday. He needed to be carried off the field by teammates as the Bengals tried to rally. Nugent beat out Dave Rayner in training camp and made 15-of-19 field goals this season.

Cincinnati (2-7) will search for a new kicker this week in preparation for its next game, against the Buffalo Bills (1-8).
