Morning take: Hines Ward dancing well

Morning take: I have yet to watch an episode, so I can't say too much about Ward's performance. But I do know Ward is a winner and will put his all into whatever he does.

Morning take: It's very hard for any athlete to be elite in two different sports. Credit Ochocinco for giving it a try, but no one expected him to make it in pro soccer.

Morning take: That's a tough question to answer this early in his career. McCoy showed some good things and things he needs to work on as a rookie. Accuracy is important, and McCoy has that.

Morning take: Keep an eye on Oregon's Casey Matthews. The Ravens are showing a lot of interest in him during this pre-draft process and want to see if he has what it takes to be a pupil to future Hall of Famer Ray Lewis.
