Josh Cribbs plans to fight a $15 parking ticket he received in Cleveland Heights, even though it costs $50 to contest it. "I’m going to fight it 4 everybody who gets a parking ticket b4 the meter expires & can’t fight it bc of the court cost!” Cribbs wrote on Twitter.
