A look at Friday's injury report around the division and what it means:
BENGALS: Two starters (MLB) Rey Maualuga and TE Jermaine Gresham) are doubtful. Dan Skuta will start his third straight game at MLB. Colin Cochart got the start at TE last Sunday, but Donald Lee was more of a factor with three catches for 44 yards. CB-PR Adam Jones (hamstring) is also doubtful. ... For the Titans, SS Chris Hope is out and will be replaced by Jordan Babineaux. TE Craig Stevens and FB Ahmard Hall are questionable.
BROWNS: RB Peyton Hillis (hamstring) is listed as questionable, but he isn't expected to play after aggravating the injury during Friday's practice. With backup RB Montario Hardesty (calf) out, Chris Ogbonnaya is scheduled to make his first NFL start. WR Mohamed Massaquoi (head), who is probable, will return to the starting lineup after missing last Sunday's game. ... For the Texans, two starters are out: WR Andre Johnson and FS Danieal Manning. Jacoby Jones has 10 catches and one touchdown in four starts since filling in for Johnson.
RAVENS: LG Ben Grubbs (toe) is questionable and looks ready to return for his first game since the season-opener against the Steelers. WR Lee Evans (ankle) is out again and will be replaced by rookie Torrey Smith. DT Haloti Ngata (thigh) is probable after returning to practice today.
STEELERS: OLB LaMarr Woodley and WR Emmanuel Sanders (knee) are out. ILB James Farrior (calf), WR Hines Ward (ankle) and P Daniel Sepulveda (right knee) are questionable. OLB James Harrison (eye) is probable and is expected to start. Look for Jason Worilds, who has missed the past four games with a quadriceps injury, to start at Woodley's spot. That will allow Lawrence Timmons to move back inside next to Larry Foote or Farrior, who believes he is ready to play. On offense, Ward or Antonio Brown will start for Sanders.
