Some highlights from this week's AFC North chat:
Andrew (Cleveland): Can you put a number on the Browns' chances of sneaking into the playoffs as the No. 6 seed? I say 10 percent. I think beating Denver at Mile High will be their toughest game.
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I agree with the 10 percent and the toughest game being at Denver. The game at Pittsburgh will be tough as well, even though the Steelers didn't look good at home against the Chargers last Sunday.
Warren Jones (Delaware): How far can Ravens go in the playoffs? They have won at least one game in last four years in playoffs can they at least do that again.
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I think one win sounds right if they win the division (which everyone expects them to do). It would be hard to pick against the Ravens at home, even if it's against the Colts, Steelers or Bengals.
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Keenan Lewis has proven that he can start in this league. The young nickel backs, Cortez Allen and Curtis Brown, are just too inconsistent. Victorian is a journeyman.
Misplaced Clevelander (The Big Apple): In your opinion, has Trent Richardson's rookie season been a success so far when other rookies taken later (Doug Martin, Alfred Morris, David Wilson), are putting up better performances than him?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Richardson has tied a team rookie record with his ninth rushing touchdown (it ties Jim Brown) and he should reach 1,000 yards rushing. This comes in a season when he wasn't 100 percent to start the season and injured his rib during the season. It's hard not to be impressed with Richardson.
Steve (Hunt Valley): Is Jim Caldwell the long term answer at offensive coordinator? If not who could be some candidates for the Ravens OC job?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN):
We'll find out in the next month or so. He's on an audition right now. Caldwell doesn't have a lot of experience calling plays, but his strong relationship with Flacco will help him.
Ryan (Nashville): Even if the Ravens win the Super Bowl is there a chance that Dean Pees won't be with the Ravens next year?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Do you need me to run down the list of injuries on defense?
kody youngstown [via mobile]: OK, just for the sake of the moment you are Jimmy haslam and or Joe Banner, what do you do in the offseason? Do you make a splash in free agency ? Thanks happy holidays!
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Browns don't have to make a splash. They just have to spend more than they did last season. Browns didn't want to overpay for receivers but were left with so much unused cap room. Didn't make sense.
Chad (Orlando, FL): Do you think Mike Wallace will be with the Steelers next season?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Not sure he has the same value in Pittsburgh if Steelers and Haley stick with the same quick, short passing game.
Jaime Camarena (California): Do you notice that great catch by plax in the charger game? Why not use him more?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): When we asked Roethlisberger that, he suggested to ask the coach.
Nick (Syracuse): Hey Jamison, if you had the choice to pick either Ray Rice or Trent Richardson on your team, who would you take and why?
Jamison Hensley (ESPN): If you're asking me to take one right now, it would be Rice. He's a bigger playmaker right now. If you're asking me in four years, it would be Richardson.
