Morning take: Polamalu back at practice

Here are the most interesting stories Wednesday in the AFC North:

  • Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu returned for the final week of organized team activities.

Morning take: Polamalu has been in and out of the Steelers' facility practicing, rehabbing his knee and working out on his own. But finishing up with the team is a good move.

  • The coaches and players of the Baltimore Ravens say there's no friction after the NFL cancelled next week’s organized team activities.

Morning take: If the Ravens don't make the playoffs, I'm blaming these missed OTAs! Just kidding. But Baltimore needs to be more mindful, especially in a year the NFL and NFLPA clearly aren’t getting along.

Morning take: It's always good to see someone else in the national media paying close attention to the AFC North.

  • Kicker Phil Dawson and running backs Jerome Harrison and Peyton Hillis were among the Cleveland Browns not present in OTAs.

Morning take: Mandatory minicamp begins Thursday, and we will have plenty of updates from Browns camp this week (hint, hint).
