Who's the Jaguars' best assistant coach?

Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky

Jack Del Rio isn't quite finished restocking his coaching staff, but as he pieces together the remainder of his staff I wanted to ask Jaguars faithful:

Who's the team's best assistant coach?

I know running back coach Kennedy Pola is popular with his guys and he's certainly gotten good production out of Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew. Mike Tice brought a lot of experience with him to Jacksonville and is an important confidante for Del Rio, but the tight ends have hardly been a piece of the team that's drawn a lot of attention.

New strength and conditioning coach Luke Richesson has an interesting résumé and could prove to be a huge addition, but it would be hard to tab a new guy before we've seen him work, right?

What do you think? If you chime in on comments here and with notes to the mailbag, we'll revisit this later in the week.
