Tebow visiting Denver

What a crazy day in Denver.

The team traded Brandon Marshall to Miami, and now the Broncos are hosting Florida quarterback Tim Tebow at its facility, according to Sports Illustrated’s Peter King.

Alabama linebacker Rolando McClain and Oklahoma State receiver Dez Bryant are joining Tebow in Denver. McClain and Bryant will likely be considered by Denver with the No. 11 pick. Tebow could be considered at No. 43 (acquired in the Marshall deal) and at No. 45.

Denver’s interest in Tebow is intriguing. It hasn’t been connected to him in the past. However, New England has shown a lot of interest in Tebow. Denver coach Josh McDaniels is a New England clone. If the Patriots like him, Tebow likely fits McDaniels’ system.

He would be a project pick for a team that has a lot of holes to fill. This news just adds to the draft intrigue in Denver.
