Chat wrap: Key for Chargers at Pats

Here are some highlights from out AFC West chat, which was held earlier Thursday:

Dominic from Calgary: Bill, one more question since the Tebow debate seems to be the big news. If the Broncos organization isn't sold on him shouldn't they just cut their losses and move/release him? It seems to me that all this controversy isn't good for a rebuilding team.

BW: You are right. The worst thing that can happen to this team is for the Broncos to go into next year not knowing their answer about Tebow. They have to either make him the QB for 2012 or cut him loose and move on.

Nick from Michigan: How do you see the Chiefs-Lions game playing out? Will the Chiefs D improve enough to hold the Lions offense in check or will the Lions throw the ball all over the field with Eric Berry out?

BW: I'm very interested to see it. The Chiefs have to find a way to stay in this game.

Demetrick from South Carolina: If Kevin Boss plays this weekend. Do you think that the Raiders passing game will improve from what they did in Week 1?

BW: I think it would make (Jason) Campbell more comfortable. He loves looking for his tight ends when he's in trouble.

Charlie from San Diego: What do you think is going to be the deciding factor in the NE vs. SD game?

BW: The Chargers' WRs vs. Patriots' DBs. If Chad Henne can throw for 416 what can the Chargers do? If the Chargers are going to win this game, Philip Rivers' WRs must take this game over.
