Injured Oakland running back Darren McFadden made some progress by doing some individual light work on Tuesday.
It counts as progress because McFadden hasn’t done much of anything since suffering a foot injury in October. Still, it doesn’t mean McFadden is ready to play. But perhaps there is a chance he could sneak in this season, especially if the Raiders make the playoffs. Receiver Jacoby Ford (foot) is still out, but running back Taiwan Jones (hamstring) has returned to practice after missing a few games.
Oakland coach Hue Jackson said he has been surprised by the Raiders’ poor play on defense.
What was Tim Tebow’s reaction to the Saturday Night Live spoof? Typical Tebow poise: “I actually haven’t seen it,” Tebow told reporters Tuesday.” I know I’ve heard some players laughing about it a little bit, but I haven’t seen it.”
