Denver receiver Jackson is out for Sunday's game

The Denver Broncos have declared wide receiver Darrell Jackson out for Sunday's home game against New Orleans.

Jackson will miss the game with a calf injury. He didn't play last week against San Diego because of the injury and Jackson missed all of this week's practices.

Jackson is Denver's fifth receiving option for quarterback Jay Cutler behind receiver Brandon Marshall, Eddie Royal, Brandon Stokley and tight end Tony Scheffler. Jackson did have a touchdown in the season opening win over Oakland when he started in place of Marshall who was serving a one-game NFL suspension.
