Will USC WR Lee be Chiefs' pick?

The final mock drafts are in andMel Kiper Jr. of ESPNInsider and Mike Mayock of the NFL Network have USC wide receiver Marqise Lee being the first-round pick for the Kansas City Chiefs. I have my doubts whether Lee will be available to the Chiefs when they finally get a chance to make the 23rd pick in the draft. Too many teams are looking for receivers, many of them picking ahead of the Chiefs and others who may trade to get there.

Indeed, ESPN's Todd McShayInsider has Lee going with the 21st pick to the Green Bay Packers. So he gives the Chiefs a guard, Xavier Su'a-Filo of UCLA.

Lee makes plenty of sense for the Chiefs, who need the receiving and kick returning help Kansas City needs. If the Chiefs take him at 23, they obviously believe he can eventually become their No. 1 receiver.

The Chiefs are thin on their offensive line after losing three of last season's regulars to free agency. But they've spent several premium picks the past few years on offensive linemen. It's difficult to see how another one makes them a dramatically better team unless they believe Su'a-Filo will eventually become one of the better guards in the league.
