Broncos CB Tracy Porter practices fully

Tracy Porter made important strides Thursday.

The Denver Broncos' starting cornerback practiced fully Thursday for the first time since falling ill prior to an Oct. 14 game at San Diego. He has missed the past two games. Porter also had a seizure in August.

Denver coach John Fox said that Porter is taking medication and he is doing well. It remains to be seen if Porter will start ahead of Chris Harris, who played well while spelling Porter. However, it does seem Porter is on his way to the playing well.

Meanwhile, Oakland defensive tackle Richard Seymour (knee) was limited in practice Thursday after not participating on Wednesday. Kicker Sebastian Janikowski (groin), linebacker Rolando McClain (toe) and center Stefen Wisniewski (ankle) were limited for the second straight day.
