A day after announcing the signing of their seventh-round pick, kicker Ryan Succop, the Chiefs have inked another draft pick.

They signed promising right tackle Colin Brown. The Missouri product was a fifth-round pick. He was the No. 139 overall pick. His agent, Joe Linta, said he received a signing bonus in the $154,000 range.

Brown is 6-foot-8 and 330 ponds. The Chiefs believe Brown can become a solid prospect at right tackle. He was practicing there at the team's OTAs.

"We're excited for Colin and I thank Scott Pioli [Kansas City's general manager] for a fair negotiation," Linta said.
