  • ESPN.com's John Clayton reports that Green Bay is close to signing wide receiver Greg Jennings to an extension. That will be sure to catch the attention of unhappy Denver receiver Brandon Marshall. He wants to be traded partly because he wants a pay raise.

Marshall has 226 catches since being a fourth-round pick in 2006. Jennings has 178 catches since being a second-round pick in 2006. Of course, Jennings hasn't had the off-field issues that Marshall has.

  • The Chiefs announced the signing of seventh-round pick Ryan Succop. The kicker was the final pick of the draft. He is the first Kansas City pick from this draft class to sign.
