Injury report: Two starters didn't practice

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- The Baltimore Ravens were without two starters on defense Wednesday when defensive end Chris Canty and linebacker Josh Bynes didn't practice.

Canty missed the Week 3 game against Houston with a groin injury but has played the last three weeks. He's only had one tackle in each of the past two games.

Bynes is dealing with thigh and finger injuries. According to coach John Harbaugh, Bynes was hospitalized with an infection in his finger Tuesday night but returned to the team Wednesday afternoon.

Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (strained elbow) and cornerback Lardarius Webb (hamstring) were both limited in practice. Linebacker Jameel McClain, who is on the Physically Unable to Perform list, had a full practice Wednesday. This marked his first practice since suffering a spinal cord contusion on Dec. 9, 2012.

FULL PARTICIPATION: LB Jameel McClain (neck), DT Marcus Spears (knee), WR Brandon Stokley (groin).
