The Baltimore Ravens committed 112 penalties in 2013, the sixth-most in the NFL. Only the Seattle Seahawks (128 penalties), St. Louis Rams (123), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (121), Denver Broncos (117) and Oakland Raiders (116) were flagged more than Baltimore.
