Here are our Week 4 Big 12 picks from my colleague Jake Trotter and me (all times ET). Visit our college football PickCenter page for additional information on these games and many more.
West Virginia at Kansas, noon (ESPNU/WatchESPN)
Trotter: Will Grier and David Sills are quietly tearing it up offensively. The Jayhawks, meanwhile, are 0-2 against the MAC. West Virginia 38, Kansas 14
Khan: If the Jayhawks can't beat Ohio -- to whom they lost last week -- then West Virginia is likely to make quick work of them. West Virginia 49, Kansas 10
Texas Tech at Houston, noon (ABC/ESPN2/WatchESPN)
Trotter: Nic Shimonek is one of the underrated quarterbacks in the country. He passes his first big test with another banner performance. Texas Tech 34, Houston 31
Khan: This should be a fun one. The Red Raiders are going to rack up the points with Shimonek and his dynamic group of receivers. Can the Coogs keep up? Kliff Kingsbury quietly gets off to a nice 3-0 start here. Texas Tech 41, Houston 34
No. 16 TCU at No. 6 Oklahoma State, 3:30 p.m. (ESPN/WatchESPN)
Trotter: Oklahoma State’s receiving corps has been ridiculous, and with Tyron Johnson back in the fold, it will overwhelm TCU’s talented secondary. Oklahoma State 40, TCU 27
Khan: It's hard to bet against this Oklahoma State offense. The Cowboys look like a machine right now behind Mason Rudolph, who has thrown for at least 300 yards and three touchdowns in four consecutive games dating to last season. Oklahoma State 42, TCU 30.
No. 3 Oklahoma at Baylor, 6:30 p.m. (FS1)
Trotter: The Bears get running back Terence Williams back. Unfortunately for them, they aren't getting RG III back, too. Oklahoma 48, Baylor 9
Khan: The winning team in this series has scored at least 40 points in every game dating to 2010. You know who that will be this season. Oklahoma 52, Baylor 7.
