Anybody want to make the case for Robert Griffin III as the best player in the Big 12 through three weeks?
Others have faced better competition than the lineup of TCU, Stephen F. Austin and Rice, but Baylor's quarterback has been unbelievable through three games.
Tonight, he helped Baylor beat Rice 56-31 with five touchdown passes and 332 yards on 28-of-32 passing. He also ran for a touchdown and 51 yards on six carries.
For those keeping count, that's now 13 touchdown passes for Griffin this year ... and 12 incompletions.
Kendall Wright caught 10 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown.
The Bears are rolling and might crack the top 15 this week.
But what about Griffin? Who has been better through the first month of the season?
