Colleague Paul Lukas is all about uniforms, and he's on the lookout for changes again this year.
It's pretty comprehensive, and includes changes for a handful of Big 12 teams.
The biggest change: Kansas adding names back onto the backs of its jerseys, in lieu of the Jayhawk logo Turner Gill decided to use.
Granted, I haven't seen photos of those jerseys surface, but coach Charlie Weis announced the change this offseason.
Baylor is adding a black uniform, and West Virginia is adding two different gray helmets to its arsenal, as well as gray jerseys and pants.
Oklahoma State has made some subtle changes to its 2011 uniform overhaul, and Texas made an unlikely change, too.
TCU is breaking in some new unis, too.
