Can't enough of pre-draft workouts? Well, you're in luck.
Rutgers will broadcast its pro day live on ScarletKnights.com on Wednesday beginning at 10:30 a.m. ET. Thirteen former Scarlet Knights will perform various drills, including the 40-yard dash, 225-pound bench press and vertical leap, for NFL scouts. The show will also feature interviews with Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano and former stars Ray Rice, Devin McCourty, Jason McCourty, Jamaal Westerman and Tiquan Underwood.
Rutgers says it was the first school to broadcast its pro day event live on the Internet when it began the practice last year.
Among the current hopefuls, defensive back Joe Lefeged has the best chance of being drafted. He was the lone Scarlet Knight invited to the NFL combine and performed well in testing. Others who could improve their stock include cornerback Brandon Bing, defensive linemen Jonathan Freeny and Alex Silvestro and linebacker Antonio Lowery.
