Rutgers gets the week off.
Temple at Louisville (ABC/ESPN3, noon ET Saturday): The conference newcomers visit the preseason conference favorite. The undefeated Cardinals will hope to turn in a complete performance against the Owls, as their uneven starts have put their perfect season in serious jeopardy several times so far.
Syracuse at Cincinnati (Big East Network/ESPN3, noon ET Saturday): This game suddenly looks a lot more interesting than it did two weeks ago. The Orange are 3-1 in the Big East and need to win two of their final four to become bowl eligible, while the Bearcats are looking to recover from back-to-back road losses.
Pitt at Notre Dame (NBC, 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday): The Panthers nearly pulled off the upset last season in a 15-12 loss that was arguably the ugliest game of the college football season. Pitt has a new coaching staff and a bigger opportunity this week, as it takes a two-game winning streak into a contest with an undefeated Irish team suddenly in the thick of the national title picture.
Connecticut at South Florida (ESPNU/WatchESPN, 7 p.m. ET Saturday): Someone has to win, right? UConn has lost three in a row; USF six in a row. The Huskies are coming off a bye and have not scored a second-half point since a third-quarter touchdown in a Sept. 29 win over Buffalo.
