Hoosiers, Gophers in trouble early on

It could be a very long night for Kevin Wilson and the Indiana Hoosiers.

Minnesota's struggles against FCS foes, meanwhile, seem to be continuing.

The two teams at the bottom of the Big Ten power rankings both are in dogfights.

Indiana finds itself in a 14-0 hole at winless North Texas, which is giving the Hoosiers' defense a ton of problems. North Texas racked up nearly 300 offensive yards in the first 20 minutes, with 83 yards coming on a Lance Dunbar touchdown reception. Indiana hasn't had the ball much and has struggled with its run game. Long way to go, but the Hoosiers need a jolt on offense.

As expected, North Dakota State has come to Minneapolis with plenty of passion, scoring two first-half touchdowns to lead the Gophers. After an impressive opening drive, Minnesota hasn't done much and turned to freshman Max Shortell at quarterback.

The Big Ten has been perfect Saturday, but will the league's unblemished mark last through the night?
