Ohio State announces class of 25

Ohio State's 2012 recruiting class is ranked among the top five or 10 in the nation, according to most analysts.

The first group of recruits under Urban Meyer is complete, after signing-day pledges by offensive lineman Kyle Dodson and linebacker Jamal Marcus. The complete class looks like this:

Warren Ball, RB

De'van Bogard, DB

Jacoby Boren, OL

Taylor Decker, OL

Bri'onte Dunn, RB

Pat Elflein, OL

Frank Epitropoulos, WR

Cardale Jones, QB

Jamal Marcus, LB

Najee Murray, DB

Joey O'Connor, OL

David Perkins, LB

Joshua Perry, LB

Se'Von Pittman, DE

Tyvis Powell, DB

Armani Reeves, CB

Luke Roberts, LB

Tommy Schutt, DT

Noah Spence, DE

Blake Thomas, TE

Michael Thomas, WR

Adolphus Washington, DE

Camren Williams, LB

Boren, Dunn, Jones, Perrry, Powell and Thomas were early enrollees. There's a lot of highly-regarded talent in this bunch, headlined by five-star prospect Spence, who's rated as the No. 4 overall player in the country by ESPN.com. The class includes 16 players from the state of Ohio, as well as those from California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

The Buckeyes are still in the mix for WR/CB Davonte Neal and WR Stefon Diggs, who are expected to announce after signing day.
