ESPN NBA analyst Tim Legler previews tonight's Celtics-Heat game in the video above. He likes the Heat, who looked great in thrashing the defending champion Mavericks in their season opener on Christmas, to beat Boston, but also sees a way the green can come out on top.
“It’s going to come down to Boston for controlling tempo, not truning the basketball over," Legler says. "Rajon Rondo was spectacular against the New York Knicks. He has to control the game. Hes the one guy that they have that has the type of quickness to play with Miami; the rest of the roster doesn’t. [The Celtics] can't turn this into a track meet. Get quality looks, execute, make this a half-court game and Boston will have a chance."
The game will be on TNT.

One thing we'll be watching for at the morning shootaround in Miami is Paul Pierce's availability for the game. He didn't play in the Christmas opener with a bruised heel. We'll update you as soon as we know whether Pierce will play tonight.
