Former Celtics forward JaJuan Johnson.Putting the spotlight on some of Boston's former players:

* DIONTE CHRISTMAS: Christmas was released by the Celtics back on Oct. 16, but has agreed to a deal with CSKA Moscow, according to EuroHoops.net. Christmas alluded to the signing on Twitter, with tweets such as, "Close to a decision..." and "It's done!!" The 6-foot-5 Temple University product had also drawn interest from overseas squads Olympiacos and Siena.

* JAJUAN JOHNSON: Traded to Houston as part of the package that brought Courtney Lee to Boston, Johnson was waived last week after the Rockets acquired James Harden from Oklahoma City. Johnson then declared himself eligible for the NBA Development League draft, and is expected to be taken first overall by the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, according to the Fort Wayne News-Sentinel.

* STILL IN THE LEAGUE: E'Twaun Moore, also traded away in the Lee deal and waived by Houston, is set to make his regular-season debut with the Magic on Friday night. After being picked up by Orlando, Moore averaged 11.4 points and 5.3 assists in 27.3 minutes over eight preseason games for the Magic. ... Sasha Pavlovic, dealt to Portland in the Lee deal, chipped in seven points, a rebound, a steal, and an assist in the Trail Blazers' 116-106 triumph over the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday. ... Jermaine O'Neal, who signed as a free agent in Phoenix, chipped in two rebounds and a block during a scoreless outing against the over 14 minutes as the Suns fell to the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday. ... Greg Stiemsma is expected to make his regular-season debut with the Timberwolves on Friday against the Sacramento Kings. ... Marquis Daniels comes to town Friday with the Bucks. ... Ryan Hollins signed with the Clippers, and chipped in two points and a block over eight minutes in Wednesday's opener against the Memphis Grizzlies.
