All-Star 2nd returns: Green drops a spot

The NBA unveiled the second return on balloting for the 2014 NBA All-Star Game and Boston's two top vote-getters saw little change in their position. Rajon Rondo remains sixth among Eastern Conference backcourt players, while Jeff Green slipped a spot to 9th in the frontcourt.
