Kevin Garnett is Eastern Conference Player of the Week.Celtics center Kevin Garnett earned the Eastern Conference Player of the Week honor after helping Boston to a 4-1 mark last week.
Garnett averaged 20 points, 10.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1 block over four games (Boston was 3-1 in that span). Garnett posted three double-doubles in that span before getting a rest day Sunday while his teammates took on Charlotte.

Lakers forward Andrew Bynum earned the Western Conference Player of the Week honor. For the Celtics, this is the fourth Player of the Week nod of the season. Paul Pierce has two, while Rajon Rondo earned the other.
