Player of the Week: Mashpee's Robert Andrade

MASHPEE, Mass. -- Simply stated, Mashpee's Robert Andrade had the game of a lifetime.

The Falcons junior running back and jack of all trades, set a program record with seven total touchdowns in a wild 56-38 win over Cape rival Monomoy. He racked up 491 all-purpose yards and his touchdowns came via four methods -- rushing, receiving, passing and kickoff return.

For that, Andrade is our ESPN Boston Player of the Week for Week 7.

  • Dan Bailey, Jr. LB, North Shore - Made 27 tackles, including one for a loss vs. Minuteman.

  • Frank Roche, Jr. QB, Arlington - Taking over for injured starter Seth Coiley midgame, Roache did everything for the Spy Ponders, scoring 4 total TD, including a 94-yard kickoff return in the fourth quarter, while running for 172 yards vs. Woburn.

  • Nick Thyden, Sr. WR, Quabbin - 10 catches 250 yds 3 TD in 62-47 loss to St. Bernard's.

  • Chip Wood, Jr. RB, Somerset-Berkley - Ran for 268 yards and scored four total TD, including an 80-yard score on the opening kick vs. Martha's Vineyard.
