Hoye named Natick baseball head coach

Natick athletic director Tim Collins announced Jason Hoye as the Redhawks' new head baseball in an email to local media today.

Hoye, a Natick native, is a physical education teacher at the high school in addition to his role as defensive assistant to Mark Mortarelli's Redhawks football. He previously held the head coaching position at Holliston, as well as other stints as an assistant baseball coach in various schools, including Natick.

A 2000 graduate of Wheaton (Mass.) College, Hoye was a four-year letter-winner for the Lyons and a two-time All-New England selection for the baseball team after his high school career at Catholic Memorial.
