Rosters announced for fourth annual A Shot For Life Challenge

A Shot For Life, Inc. announced the roster of our fourth annual A Shot For Life Challenge earlier this week.

The event is a hybrid of a highly competitive basketball shooting competition and a fundraiser. The winner of the A Shot For Life Challenge is officially named “The Best Shooter in Massachusetts”. The event will once again be held at the University Sports Complex in Hanover on August 6.

Funds raised by the A Shot For Life Challenge benefit the Dr. Curry Research Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as Children’s Hospital.

For the first time in our history, prep school players were eligible. All of the participants involved in the A Shot For Life Challenge have committed to spending a significant amount of time and energy to raise money for brain cancer research.

Once again, there will be a dunk contest after the Girls’ and Boys’ divisions compete. The lineup for that will be announced at a later date.

To donate to the A Shot For Life Challenge, all donations are tax deductible at THIS LINK.
