Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week, the team announced today.
Brady was 21 of 27 for 341 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Patriots' 45-24 Thanksgiving win over the Lions. He also broke his franchise record of consecutive pass attempts without an interception, which is now at 199.
Brady is the second Patriots player this season to earn a Player of the Week award. Safety James Sanders was AFC Defensive Player of the Week following the team's 39-26 win over the Steelers on Nov. 14.
